  1.        
  2.        PC-FOOD II may be installed and run from Windows or installed
  3.        from DOS and run from DOS or Windows.
  4.        
  5.     I. Installation in Microsoft Windows
  6.        A. New Installation 
  7.        -----------------------------------------------------------------
  8.           1. Windows 3.1: Select FILE then RUN.
  9.              Windows 95: Select START then RUN.
  10.    
  11.           2. Type A:\INSTALL and press Enter.
  12.              If you downloaded PC-FOOD II, substitute "A:\" with the path
  13.              to the PC-FOOD II "INSTALL.EXE" file located where it was
  14.              "unzipped" on your hard drive.
  15.                        
  16.              You cannot install TO the install FROM directory.
  17.      
  18.           3. After install, click the USER GUIDE icon for instructions.
  19.  
  20.           4. Click the PC-FOOD II icon to run the program.  To start with 
  21.              ALL NEW data files, delete all ".DAT" and ".MMX" files.

  24.     II. Installation from DOS
  25.         A. New Installation 
  26.         ---------------------------------------------------------------
  27.            1. Create a subdirectory on your hard drive:
  28.               MD C:\PCFOOD   and press Enter
  29.  
  30.            2. Copy all files to the subdirectory you just created:
  31.               COPY *.* C:\PCFOOD   and press Enter
  32.        
  33.            3. To run PC-FOOD II from DOS, change to the PCFOOD 
  34.               subdirectory (CD C:\PCFOOD) type PCFD  and press Enter.

  36.            4. To run PC-FOOD II from Windows (after installing from 
  37.               DOS), select FILE, RUN C:\PCFOOD\PCFD.EXE 
  38.  
  39.            5. To start with ALL NEW data files, delete all ".DAT" and 
  40.               ".MMX" files from the PCFOOD subdirectory.
